Worryla is the first company in Greece to deliver professional Care Services through a structured model and a dedicated, carefully selected in-house team. In a sector that has long been shaped by informal employment practices, we are committed to creating a more equitable and modern framework for both work and care, benefiting everyone involved.
We began our operations in Summer 2025, with the Vision of delivering high-level Care Services to Greek households and businesses, while at the same time ensuring a stable and socially protected working environment for our Caregivers, one in which they can grow and thrive. We carefully select and continuously train our staff, ensuring full social protection, fair compensation and dignified working conditions. With special emphasis on the empowerment of women, who make up 90% of the workforce in the Care Services sector in Greece and across Europe, Worryla aims to become one of the one of the leading employers of women in the country, offering paid training, mental health support, stable working hours, and opportunities for professional development.

Co-founder of Worryla and a certified psychologist. She knows that meaningful and professional support makes all the difference, especially when it comes to the most vulnerable groups: children and the elderly. She designs the Worryla Seniors and Child Care Programs, where respect and empowerement are not just words, but a daily practice and core value.
Ioanna Milopoulou
The driving force behind Operations and Growth. She combines creativity with operations, builds partnerships and teams, and ensures that all good ideas are turned into action. With a clear perspective, she brings balance between inspiration and effectiveness, ensuring that Worryla grows consistently and stays true to its founders’ vision and mission.
Yasmeen Hached
Our Worryla Planner is the key person behind the right “match.” With attention to detail and a genuine understanding of each family’s needs, she ensures the ideal match between the Worryla Caregiver and the family. She methodically organizes every visit so that care starts under the best conditions and continues with consistency, harmony and trust.
Dora Daniil
Our Client Advisors' Home Care Team Manager, is the face of Worryla for all the families who trust us. With discretion, empathy, and genuine care, she meets each family personally, understands their needs, and builds relationships based on trust. She is always available to listen, to advise, and to ensure that the Care Services provided are of the highest standards.
Katerina Tsekoura
The Manager of the Worryla Care Line is the voice that connects daily the company with clients. She manages requests or questions, and ensures that every interaction is completed with a sense of reassurance, support and clarity. With true passion, she keeps the Worryla Care Experience consistent and reassuring, at every step.
Kalliopi Fragonikolaki
Popi is the youngest addition and support to the Worryla Care Line Team. With kindness and a smile in her voice, she supports clients daily, with attention to detail. She ensures that every interaction feels warm and supportive, creating a sense of trust from the very beginning.
